Old team, new name. MIT Tough Team Germany has become MIT OCR Germany.

The ChaosCrew Wunstorf (near Hannover) was founded (under a different name) in 2018 as a working group in a secondary school. Various kids, as well as acquaintances and friends, quickly joined the group. We are not just made up of runners, but of many good souls around our sport and take part in several social projects in and around Wunstorf. The Lauxograf also has its roots in the ChaosCrew Wunstorf. At OCR Sport we love the challenge and the community. No one is left behind, everyone is there for each other. We like running with others and take anyone who is looking for a running partner with us. For us, it's not about speed, what counts is reaching the finish line and togetherness. Fun before performance. Strong Viking, Tough Viking, Reborn, Heraklidenschlacht, Xletix, Getting Tough, Spartan.... We take part in what is possible for us.

The growing popularity and the desire to also obtain starting rights at state championships led to the founding of the club X-Runners Jena e.V. on December 28, 2015.

In 2015, our team was originally founded as a company running group with two runners, and two obstacle races were immediately on the program: the Stick and Stone Run in Barum and a week later the first Heraklidenschlacht in Uelzen. Here we made contact with the organizer and it quickly became clear that our focus in the future would be on our passion for OCR. Our team grew and was given the name "Heraklidenschlacht-Team". In 2016 we expanded our group to include more runners and took part in numerous OCR events and triathlon competitions. In 2018 we renamed ourselves "Herakliden-Team" to illustrate our independence from the Heraklidenschlacht. Nevertheless, it remains an honor for us to support this event and we will always take part in the battle in the future. In 2019 the "Herakliden-Team" association was finally founded.

OCRA Germany is the umbrella organization for OCR in Germany. Its goal is to consolidate the quality of obstacle course racing in Germany. They support athletes, clubs and organizers. They act as intermediaries in qualifying for international championships and in the implementation of general quality criteria.

The OCR Heidesprinter was founded in 2015 by the 3 founding members with the idea of competing together as a team in an OCR run, the Harzer Keiler. The birthplace is in the Heidekreis, so the team name is easy to deduce. Since then, the stable has continued to grow and now covers the whole of Germany. The stable's motto: “Everything can, nothing must”, is lived by all the positive, crazy bucks. From hobby athletes to professional athletes, everything is included and performance is not as important as passion and fun in sport. The main sport is, of course, OCR, but we can also be found at extreme marches, triathlons, fun runs, Hyrox and other sports. With this in mind: see you in the mud.

We are an OCR team made up of members from all over Germany. Our members are represented in all performance classes, from EM/EM participants to hobby runners to beginners and KIDS runs! Aside from OCR, we are also represented in the areas of Hyrox, road running and extreme hiking (Mammutmarsch). Team (H)indernis - (U)rban - (L)auf - (K)raft is an amateur team in the obstacle course league and was founded in August 2014. Our team is made up of highly motivated amateur and competitive athletes who are just waiting to get to know you and to run an obstacle course with you. There is no fixed membership or paid contributions. You can run WHEN, HOW and WHERE you want.

The Grimy Cluster (dirty bunch) has existed since 2016 and our pigs are at home all over Germany! The OCR sport is our specialty and, true to our motto “Tough as pig!”, nothing is too difficult for us. It doesn’t matter whether you are an ambitious athlete or a hobby runner. EVERYONE is welcome, no matter where you live! Wherever possible, we join forces, train together, carpool and offer overnight accommodation if the journey is too far. Many of us are also active in other events (ultra marches & runs, Hyrox, etc.) so you never have to start there alone. Are you looking for a team or someone to support you on the course? In autumn 2014, the idea arose to take part in the Krassfit Challenge Rhein-Main together with the Freeletics and Calisthenics groups from Frankfurt. A casual training session with 18 motivated participants quickly turned into a weekly event - and that's how our journey began. With the number of participants growing and more and more events, the OCR Frankfurt e.V. was founded in spring 2017 to establish obstacle course racing as a popular sport in Frankfurt am Main. OCR stands for Obstacle Course Racing, the international term for obstacle course racing - and that's exactly what we live in our club. Our training is varied and exciting: from obstacle course racing to fun runs, marathons and mountain runs to family runs and ultra runs. Our motto "Running with action, fun and team spirit" describes our club life.

The members of the club take part in a wide variety of competitions. Whether it's privately organized runs, fun runs, marathons, obstacle courses or triathlons. We have something for everyone! Whether in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or other countries. The members of Muddy Fox Running Rocks e.V. travel to a wide variety of countries and to a wide variety of events! There is a family atmosphere in our club. We meet privately to grill, train and of course at competitions. That makes running much better! Whether it's a new challenge or a completely new sport. Our foxes are always looking for new challenges. The main thing is that it's fun!

We are an OCR club from the greater Cologne area (we are based in Erftstadt) and our training area is also being built in Erftstadt. We have all levels of ability, from hobby runners to ambitious athletes, and we are also represented at Hyrox and can also be found on extreme hikes. Our members come from the Cologne area, but we also have outliers (the furthest member comes from Hamburg). Team Braveheart is a group of sports enthusiasts of all ages from all over Germany! Since we were founded in 2022, we have been growing steadily and are represented as active participants or helpers at OCR events, marches, cycling events, triathlons and other sporting events throughout Germany. We mainly organize ourselves via Whatsapp and exchange our experiences there. On FB and Insta you can find posts about our members and sporting events, but also about joint barbecues, adventure holidays or cultural events. With us you are never alone. Our team, the Neptune Warriors, was founded in 2019. We are still a relatively small team, consisting of around 15 athletes. Everything is very informal with us. All performance groups are represented in our team; from ambitious runners to beginners. The OCR Munich e.V. was founded in 2016 and entered into the association register in January 2017. We are the first registered OCR association in Munich.

The OCR Lions L.E. are more than just a sports team - since 2023 they have been a community of friends who live their passion for obstacle courses with enthusiasm and passion. We, Team BADASS running, are a running team that has its roots in OCR and dirt running. As with all running teams, our motto is faster, higher, further. That's why our team (25 people from 5 countries) consists of a wide variety of strong characters that cover the entire running spectrum. * From 5k sprinters to 110km ultra runners * From funny dirt runners to OCR EC/WC athletes * From trail runners to marathon runners Our main focus is networking and attending events together. Promoting young people is extremely important to us. We are particularly proud of our generally very young team in almost all age groups. Anyone who knows us knows that we can not only run, but also party hard and have a good time!
